The magnets make it so much easier to put on a squirmy baby than velcro or snaps, no more fighting with the straps. It's held up well through several washes too.

The reversible side is a lifesaver when one half gets covered in sweet potato, just flip it and keep going. It wipes clean way easier than my old velcro ones that snagged everything in the wash.

The magnets snap shut one-handed while I'm holding a wriggling baby, which honestly saves me every meal. It's reversible so I just flip it when the front gets covered in sweet potato. Drool cleanup got so much easier.
